








Top Ramen
In response to consumer health trends, the cult classic Top Ramen updated its recipe to reduce 15% of Sodium and remove MSG. While studying the presentation of the brand at retail, we noted that it was very difficult for the brand to stand out against its fiercest competitor Maruchan, in a sea of bright colors. Thus, we created a design system with a vertical window that highlights both the brand name and its famous golden noodles visibly in every presentation of the brand on retail.
This redesign helped re-establish Top Ramen as the Original ramen noodle brand and generated increased sales in 2021.
